1) Club Beach Outing (October/November)
- Tentative Venue (private resort sa friend ni Luigi)
- Expenses will be shouldered by attending members
- Finalization for the activity (planning) will be done on October Grand EB.
(Will notify you for any changes)

2) Outreach/Feeding Program (October/November/December)
- no confirmed activity yet (suggestions are welcome)

3) Club Christmas Party (December)
- no confirmed date yet
- no confirmed plan yet
- This will be finalized before November or first week of December latest.

4) Club Affiliations
- official discussion will be done on the next Grand EB
(will be notified for changes in schedule)
- All officers and members should be well explained on the pros & cons before decisions are made.

5) Election of new set of Officers for 2012
- This will be done on our Club Christmas Party
